This covers a wide spectrum of applications, such as corporate, criminal, or civil investigations, fraud, domestic violence & cyberstalking. Computer's, and now cell phones that are integrated with PDA's contain a large amount of information, such as financial, names and contacts, telephone & email address's, and photographs. They tell a story about a person's or a companies activities in many different ways. Obtaining and analyzing this information is often critical in locating missing persons, recovery property and assets.

We use industry standard methods, tools, and cross validation techniques. We are skilled at finding specific information that can assist your company, or prepare for a criminal or civil matter. We also preserve the proper chain of custody support necessary in legal cases. Our reports are extensive and customized in terms of computers, PDA's, cell phones and pagers. In terms of actual investigations and device exams we offer two levels of service:

Level 1 Exam - Using specialized tools & methods we can examine the desktop or notebook computer without making an image copy of the drive. Image copies are normally standard in a comprehensive computer forensic examination. The computer's operating system is not modified to include the data, as this is important in criminal and civil cases. We will identify all activities of this computer, companies and name associations, internet activity, emails and chat rooms, financial & excel files, word other documents, photographs and other details. This will be organized into a final report.

Level 2 Exam - This goes beyond the Level 1 Exam as an exact image copy of the drive(s) are made. Level 2 exams are specified by the user and detailed in the work statement. The evidence of information sought is often associated with fraud, corporate theft, intellectual property violations, as a few examples. The time to complete the exam will be based upon the capacity of the drive, and the information required based upon the work statement.

Please contact us regarding the investigation in terms of these devices. Not all of them are supported. Exam times take 10-12 days to complete, often it takes less. Capacity of these devices are not as large as regular computers, but there are other issues in examing these devices. We also have specific instructions in terms of sending us these units, and can email those instructions to you prior to sending us the device(s).
